RECORDS APPOINTMENT

During the records taking appointment the doctor and his assistants will
obtain the patient's Medical History and take:
- Panoramic radiograph
- Cephalometric radiograph
- Intraoral and Facial Photos
- Diagnostic Impressions

During the consultation appointment the doctor will discuss:
- proposed treatment plan and several options
- risks and benefits of orthodontic treatment

Financial coordinator will discuss:
